error when patching

i get this meassage everytime i launch the program i get a error message i get this" system.runtime.interopservices.COMException (0x80040154): ? " and theres alot more just cant type it or copy and paste it so whats going on i have vista..which is prolly the problem so what to do?

Try re-installing .net 1.1

You can also try and turn off UAC (User access Control)
