Server Infighting

People still seem to think this is 3 servers. It is not.

People still seem to think that their guild is better than others. They are not.

No single guild is better than another, nor is any player better than another.

Everyone plays for their own ambition, whether it be for fun, for speed, for items, for kills, for completion or for stress relief.

The fighting on the forums, as well as on the server, is pointless. If you want to kill others go to the pvp pits and if that isn't enough, try world of warcraft (they have pvp in quests, how dumb is that).

Too many of the people from the servers formerly known as Adar and Aerenal seem to think that they are looked upon as invaders or intruders, they are not. Everyone who plays on this server is a fellow gamer of the world of D&D online, the world of Ebberron, the town of Stormreach.

The fighting on the forums is humorous at best, but mostly it's pointless. It's one big contest to see who can brag the most and cause the most frustration amongst others. If you seek to cause problems and issues, then do so elsewhere. Let the gamers of the server play as they would like, let the usurpers and tricksters be shunned like plat-farmers.

After the merge, I saw many LFMs have 'Adar only', 'Sarlona only', 'Aerenal only'... I never missed a moment to ask them, "What is next? Water fountains marked 'whites only'?"

The vast majority of them removed the statement from their LFM after that.

I had a good talk with a few guildies last night while raiding and I finally understand why I get so frustrated with idiotic comments on the forums...

The posters only want to argue!! No wonder they don't accept anything a rational human being would accept.... or read posts as written.

These are the poor little greifers that have not much left to disrupt due to Turbine's excellent work at making a game where the Player Killer has no place. So they end up here.

Off topic but worth saying: I purchased SW Battlefront and played the solo missions etc... I jumped online and all I got was mass spawn killings by 'team-mates'. These 'pole smokers' get some kick out of spending hours disrupting other peoples' fun.

I have shelved that game on the 'if only I could actually play on a team' shelf where most other online multiplayer games end up.

Moral: you just can't win with these jerks because they will go to great lengths just to infuriate the sensible players.

well i say if someone doesnt wanna group with someone from another server they honestly dont have to. btw not every player is the same.. skill makes a large difference in play style and time it takes to complete quests. i group mostly with people from adar because i know most of the players skills and what guilds are good versus what guilds are bad. no i would also like to mention that i have a few friends from sarlona that i dont mind grouping with . nor do i mind people from aerenal . its just hard to sort the good apples from the bad apples. i hate things taking longer then they have to... well thats just my opionion have a great day =)
