Due to the heavy-handed metting out of infraction points since the server merger, memnir is taking a little break of indefinate length from posting.

No i didn't... thats why I miss his posting. He had a way of being insulting without being offensive... (my favorite was kobold-humpers) Thats why I find it difficult to believe he accumulated infraction points to enforce a posting hiatus.

When I said "heavy-handed", I meant it.

I racked up a few myself over things that could be considered trivial at best.

Since Unbound and Ba'al Verzi are allied, I speak with him pretty much every day and he flat out said, he's taking a break from posting because the free metting out of points had him so irritated that if he didn't get away from it he'd end up with a permanent ban.

Oh - I read the forums... often. :)
But, I am indeed going to post less for reasons I cannot mention since part of the Code of Conduct is to not discuss such matters on the forums. I currently have about four of those reaons - so I thought it best if I put a cork in it before the matter was taken out of my hands.

But I am still here. Just getting settled into life in the tri-server area, and dealing with some RL issues that pop up in everyone's life from time to time. My sub lapsed for about a week - and the break did me some good. I was on the verge of burnout, both from the game & from the forums. There is still some aspects of the forums I find... irritating. But, that's my own row to hoe.


I am touched (not in that way, Scarr... I said No, and I mean it) to have been missed by so many. :) I'll try to be a little more around than I have been.
