Game doesn't load properly

Game starts normally with the name & password request. Then goes to the "server" choice screen.

After I make my choice (right now KHYBER), there is nothing.

The intro movie doesn't play, and nothing happens.


This happened after I closed the game following a problem in game with the Full Screen / Window Screen locking up (not going back and forth - stuck on window form).

Ideas ?

when you are on the launcher click the button with a single arrow on it. Go to options>repair and reset the graphics options then try playing again. If that does not help please let us know and post your dxdiag and game settings, thanks!

I have a similar problem when I go to 'Play' I keep getting this error message:
"The game encountered a fatal Windows API issue while attempting to start. Try rebooting your machine and starting the game again."

Any suggestions??
