Why are you so interested in +5 twilight mith chain? It's only armor bonus 7, your max dex gets capped by it, and you're going to have a very hard time finding it. Why not just save up your dragon scales and get a white robe? Or Try to find some +6 AC bracers? Although hard to get, i think both options will be friendlier to your wallet and sanity.

I do appreciate your comment, this is my reasoning:

armor bonus on +5 mith CS is 4 +5 = 9
white robe is +6
armor bracers is +6

my dex modifier is +6 currently(max dex of a mith CS), of course I still need to eat a +2 tome which would potentialy scew me all up :)

I see a max of 49, with only 5% ASF (my shield ATM)

Uh, mith chain shirt is 4(armor) and 6(dex bonus) and 5(magic bonus)=15
