From my understanding, ring of shadows works in the following way. (correct me if i am wrong) If you have the spell blur cast on you and you are wearing the ring of shadows they do NOT stack. However, I believe if a mob hits through your blur THEN it has to hit through your ring of shadows. So if this is true, here is my question, does the same prove true if you are wearing 2 ring of shadows? if a mob makes it through 1 does it have to make it through the other. Or is wearing a 2nd one utterly useless.

wouldnt that essentially be the same as stacking?

it doesn't work that way, just like with DR or SR, only the highest number counts.

No I think Stacking would be the ring of shadows = 10% (or is it 20?)
and then a spell cast blure would be 20%
so stacking would = 30 (or 40)%

I think what Jarlaxle was asking was would the monster have to make two checks to see if it hits. 1 check to pass the ring, then another to pass the spell.
However I Pastor is right, only the highest number would count.

Graal the developer answered my question in another forum. The ring = 10% concealment bonus. Therefore, Highest concealment bonus is applied. With that said, I have an extra ring of shadows for trade. Taking offers.
