looking for some TURBINE assistance

Like a lot of ppl, I have had the occasional post-merger crash. this time however, I'm stuck at the splash screen looking at "Cleaning up old connection." I relogged, and rebooted, but I still get the same thing. So, what's the deal???

Are you able to log onto any other servers? If so you will want to contact ingame support and tell them that your character on (server its not able to log in on) is stuck and ask for assistance. If not please let us know.
