After some consideration, and the obtainment of a vorpal for my tank, I am willing to put this item up for trade.
I will trade this for a finessable lvl 8 para or finessable vorpal (even a Kama) any RR. So if you have one of those pesky items noone would want, let me know.
The scimitar has 2 points of permanent dmg also, but you'd expect that with what this scimi has been through.
