No appeal... Plus coming on here to talk about a banning is a no-no. You understand the fault is on your child, not Turbine. Turbine has no age policy when it come to foul language. 11 or 40 or 80, does not matter. Sorry

Well, I just checked the FAQ and couldn't find anything about appealing a ban. I suppose you could try activating a trial account and opening an in-game ticket to start a dialogue.

I don't think your chances are very good though since you have two bannable offenses: abuse of a GM and sharing your account.

Well as far as the sharing, he has no toon of his own, I was making dinner and he was trying to keep my toon up with the party..

I have held my child accountable for his actions, and at no point have I said that it was Turbine or any GM's fault.
