I am looking to form a persistent role play group of up to six people although if we ever get more we can split the group into two where required. The session would start at 7:30pm Server Time (EDT I believe) on Friday’s. This is to accommodate players in the Australian area since the starting time would therefore be 9am (Adelaide/Darwin) or 9:30 Australian Eastern Standard on Saturday mornings.
The starting level would be level 1 and you are welcome to do the solo-only quests in the Aspirant’s Corner. The group would begin in the Wavecrest Inn.
I very much have no problem helping newcomers to Dungeons and Dragons Online or to role playing in general, infact I would like to see some fresh blood out there now and then.
The group would pretty much follow the same rules you see around with other dedicated groups:
#1: Have fun!
#2: Voice is not required since we are here to role play and that happens through typing and not voice.
#3: No rushing since we will want to explore as if we had never entered the quest ever before.
#4: No gaining gifts, items or money, from characters not within the group.
#5: No using the auction house yet the brokers are fine as long as the character has followed rule #4.
#6: As with #4 and #5, the group is to be a persistent group and hence will be to share loot found between the members where someone else may use the item better than you; sharing makes the group stronger as a whole.
#7: The group will be light to heavy role play depending how we are feeling and Out of Character comments are to be done within (( )) brackets.
#8: Players are allowed to play a character as they see fit as maturity is the key to a persistent group.
If you have any inquiries, feel free to private message me and I will get back to you as quick as I can :)
Our current character listing is as follows:

---------------------------------
A tall, slender female elf steps off the Prowling Lion, a fine seafaring vessel of elven make as it docks into Stormreach’s harbor. Her attire is neither rich nor poor as she walks down the plank in a white robe with faint embroidery, nothing like the mageweave material which only the rich adorn their clothings in.
Her feet have plain sandles on as she could be of a poor lineage; yet when one looks to the ship she has stepped off this is bound to not be true. Then the answer would definitely be that it is her own choice as to why she is wearing this footwear and not something sturdier to protect her feet.
The more stunning feature is the tattoo over one side of her face, not of any tribal black inks yet of a vibrant blend of colours.
Without a look others around her, this female walks towards the nearest tavern, the Wavecrest Inn, with a servant behind her who is carrying her three bags of belongings.
Immediately, she looks to Sigmund as she enters the Inn and gives him a look. “I wish to procure a room, indefinitely, and I am sure you will be well paid.”
“Yes, yes, of course milady. I’ll have one of my staff fix up a room for you.” Sigmund refrains from asking why the elf had come here for the money she placed on the table was definitely well worth her stay for a month or two from the word go.
With her servant behind her and the Inn staff member before her, Yyelana heads up and stops before her room. “Now, young girl,” Yyelana shows a small smile to the human woman before her who has led her up to her room with a touch of curiosity on her tongue. “You would know of the rumors and tales that come and go within this tavern, do you not?”
“Aye, I would but…” Before the woman could finish, Yyelana, the elf, placed a gold coin in her hand. “Come into my chamber and tell me of them. I will need to know all you know for I am in search of a lost item and others will need to assist me in my travels if I am ever to find it.”
Some time later…
The young woman whom the elf had talked to in her chamber comes back down and whispers into Sigmund’s ear. He nods and whispers back. “If she pays, we will accommodate in her quest while she is a guest here. While you are serving drinks, listen to the others and report back to me. Maybe I myself will pin up some notes on the board to find a few people around this harbor. There is bound to be someone nearby.”
