I was running around in the Cerulean Hills and I came across an item called Magical Book. I would like to know what I am supposed to do with it, if anything.

The Magical Book is from the Lighthouse quest in the Harbor. Swim out to the lighthouse and give it to Dalsamira Courdry. If she does not take it (ie., quest is complete), you can destroy it.
