+1 Banishing Rapier of Maiming

Well its a nice weapon, people will prob tell u that its one of the best weapons only because its a Rapier because of the critt range..BUT, If u do any quests other than Invaders, or any other level with that low of level requirement..IT IS useless, because it banishes outsiders that have a hit dice LOWER than 25..U wont find any outsiders that have Lower than 250 hit points in the upper levels right now...So when the next mod comes out and the monsters have even more hit points than what they do now..It will be totally useless..Already u cant banish anything in the upper levels right now, imagine when the new levels come out, u wont be able to banish anything..So like i said it is good for the lower levels of right now and prob will lose value in the future...
