launcher fails to get data centers

how can i download the game. it stops downloading fully . and when it did download it was stuck on the launcher that says getting data centers. is this a server problem????
i have no firewall and nothing has changed since my last login 2 months ago. i have clearwire isp

What is you Operating system?

If it is vista, Turn off UAC (user access Control)

And make sure that the default firewall built into both windows XP and Vista is actually turned off.
