Looking for more details on new metamagic feats.

If anyone finds details like:

Empower is still 1.5x damage
or
Extend is now only 75% longer
or
Improved xxx is 2 actions points for -3sp, 4 more action points for -6sp...

etc.

Please post in the sorc or wiz forums with at least links. Stuff get lost too fast on the main boards.
