Question: I have a 9 wiz and i've noticed that there is no extra enhancements, class granted feats, etc.. from lvl 13 wiz to lvl 14 wiz. So my question is, is it possible to get 1 lvl in sorc in order to have faster cast, less cooldown, and more sp for all my spells?

THe Faster cast will only apply to your Sorc spells.
You'll only get more spell points if you have a high CHR. ANd you dont get INT 3 till 1

I wonder what lvl 1 sorc spells would be worth a Wiz13/Sorc1 build. Maybe Heightened Hypno or Charm?

Since you can only cast first level sorc spells, heighten wouldn't even work.

I guess you're right, you shouldn't be able to Heighten them.
However, has anyone tried it? Maybe it works (by mistake)!

It works like its supposed to. I have Bard/Sorc with heighten and only the bard spells benefit from it.
Not much reason to splash sorc as a wizard. I've done it in PnP where it means you have a quite a lot of 0 and 1st level spells to play with.

would it be worth the 1 level of sorc for the extra sp from say a wiz VI or pop X?

It's not worth it. You don't get the full bonus from those items. Only a pure sorc gets the full bonus. The bonus corresponds to the sorc levels you have, and so, 1 lvl of sorc is def. not worth it.

The only reason to splash Sorcerer 1 is if you are playing PnP and made a specialist wizard, then the Sorcerer level lets you use scrolls, wands, and staffs of the prohibited schools.
Since there aren't specialist wizards in DDO, you might as well not take that Sorcerer level.
