For the person who was looking to raise his AC with the Human 10-Pally/4-Fighter build with 16 Dex. I think you had like a 40 standing ac and you were looking for away to make it higher... This is what you would need to do to max his AC with the given items in the game. I posted this yesterday, but it was deleted with the forumns cleanup.

I understand the improvement from AC 51 to AC 52 for going from a 16 to an 18 Dexterity. (+1 AC from the Dex increase and the need for the Armor Mastery to support it.)
I don't understand a +2 improvement when moving from an 18 Dex to a 20 Dex. Why wouldn't that also be a +1 AC improvement with the masteries required to support it?

Quick question are the Armor Check penalties from say tower shields and heavy armor added or just the highest one taken?
Just asked since it looks like you guys know alot about the armor stats.

All your Armor Check Penalties add up. My Tower Shield wielding Full-Plate wearing Paladin has like a -25 Swim check.

That's why it's always good to have a two-handed weapon, double weapon, weapon/buckler, or some such on a hot-bar for your non-combat athletic endeavors. It only takes a second to pop over to a Great-axe before making that Jump attempt, and it can really help out if you are a Tower shield user.

Also the Daggertooth belt(?_or one of those named items) gives you fighter armour mastery II....so you could get one of them to save yourself some build points in DEX.

Not sure how its going to save you build points. It just ups your armor's Max Dex bonus by 2, it doesn't grant you any ability to fill that extra bonus.

To use this item you need to have the Dex mod for it. So if he is wearing +5 mith fp, he would need a 20 DEX and Fighter Tower mastery 1 to get the benefit from the belt. Which saves him enhancment points in Fighters Armor Mastery 1&2.
Or if wearing +5 full plate just needs to meet the 16 DEX for the +3 DEX MOD.

Humans dont get any weapons enhancments.
As far as Weapon Finesse goes.... If one has the DEX to take it, then yes.
The intent of this thread was to help out an individual who was trying to raise his AC on his Human 10/4 Paladin/Fighter that had a posted Dex of 16 via screenshot of his character sheet. He had a 40 AC showing. I am not sure what his starting abilities were. I actually had posted this thread 5 mins before the servers got wiped the other day so the individual had not time to see it. So I just reposted it, dont even remeber the guys name.

Can also consider Centurions Armor (+5 FP with 2 max dex: titan raid) combined with Daggertooths Belt if they want to get 1 more AC than just +5 mithril FP or +5 FP & Daggertooths will allow.
