Turbine Exit Survey

I cancelled my account earlier and when I clicked the link to take the exit survey, it wouldn't load. The status bar insisted there was a page error and I couldn't even get a it to open a new tab. I was hoping to take the survey in hopes of bettering DDO in the future and maybe come back someday, which I am sure I will.


Can I get a survey emailed to me or something? I would like to take it.
