Does the Wild Empathy of rangers in DDO follow the PnP rules where it is charisma-based for modifier?

No clue! I do know that it used to never work, and now it does! My CHA 8 Ranger can charm the CR:18 Razor Cats in Maze of Madness Elite with about a 3/4 success rate.

Wild empathy is charaisma based. That hasn't changed. Which means in DDO where Cha is a stat dump on rangers, and animals and vermin are way over powered, the chances of sucess is less than 50%.
