32 Point Build Question...

I'm creeping up on 1750 Favor, and I've got a question or two.

I don't like the way I originally setup my Bard's abilities and skills, and am consdiering rerolling. If I delete it, will I lose the option for 32 point builds? I seem to remember that the Drow option stays if you delete all the characters with 400 favor, so I wasn't sure. If not, will I still be able to get the extra character slot if I get another to 1750, after deleting the first?

Yes, it's been confirmed by other people (you don't lose 32 pt builds nor character slots).

Yes the same holds true for Drow builds. When I first got my drow favor, I started playing them exclusively. I ended up deleting my first character because it was an "ignorant" build on my part. I looked it up on the "Help" menu when you are online, and searched for it and found that once you unlock something, it stays unlocked no matter what else.
