I started out my frist level fighter and my next 2 levels are gonna be ranger, and then the rest fighter. What is the best way to come about this build? what feats and how should the build be?

Have you checked the fighter boards? Scroll down some on the main page and click on the class forums.
Otherwise, to get the higher TWF feats you're going to need a high dex, which generally relates to wanting Weapon Finesse, which means your strength can suffer somewhat.

there are actually 2 ways abt it, either high dex or max str.
you can actually max out your str and have high enough dex so that you can make use of mithral fp + ftr armor mastery + dwarven armor mastery. rest of AP goes into maxxing dwarven axe attack enhancement line. dual wield a dwarven axe n a handaxe (to reduce twf penalty) and you'll be set

Note that you should have started ranger to get more skill points at character creation.
