While I like the idea of a enemy raid defense, I think Irestone Inlet would be better suited to a "raid." There is a nice big landscape, add some stronger bosses, utilize the boat and cave(s) as inner areas for objectives, and you have a nice little raid. :) In either case, a low level raid is in order!
