Just curious but has anyone thought that about implementing a search box in the AH. This would be very beneficial to a lot of people. For example, if I was looking for a wounding of puncturing weapon, I could put into the search: "wounding puncturing" and it would show all wounding and puncturing weapons in the AH. Or, if I was looking for a particular type: "Longbow wounding puncturing". Anything like that in development? If not, it sure would be kind of you to do so for people like myself.

Just a quick thought and I'm sure someone has already mentioned it and it's probably been answered already. I don't have the time to read every thread at work. :)

Anyway, thanks for listening guys. Hope someone else would like this feature so they can maybe start to develop it into the game.

Thanks,

no never ever, that is a great idea, I like it a lot.

Auction House (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=111331)

* You can now filter your auction house searches by item level. This search is based on the minimum level to use the item. Items with no level requirement are considered level 1 by the filter.
* Clothing and Jewelry sections in the auction house are now broken up into multiple categories based the slot the item equips to. There are now a total of ten categories for both of these two sections. Note: Only newly posted auctions will appear in these new categories.

I was wondering if they were ever going to actually add in the ability to SEARCH the auctions (which the button says) versus the current list-all-items approach. (Man that search button is mislabeled!) But I am very glad they are adding in the capability, even if it is only in a small way).

But I certainly hope they plan on expanding the searching features soon! Like Fiz was getting at, I am sure there are plenty of frustrated players out there besides myself who actually want to spend less time at the auction house and more time playing. But when we are forced to manually search all of the items types for a specific attribute ... well that just plain sucks!
