nice idea, i think this game has the best spell effects, although your site did cause my browser to freeze, i downloaded them and watched them though.

My site caused your browser to freeze? :confused: I dunno how that could happen, the site is simple HTML1.0. I didn't even use <p> tags, I used all the old school tags.

Pretty cool. Very useful for figuring out what just killed me during a tavern brawl or what a troll shaman just buffed his fighter buddy with. Thanks for a handy dandy reference even a numbskull dwarf like me can use!

I've updated the page some more. I made it a little more fancy with some javascript to be able to collapse the table, and I've added the paladin spells and the cleric non-offensive spells.

Soon as I can get back into the game I'll be getting the cleric offensive spells.

Very Cool! I enjoyed seeing the different effects, especially from the view of classes I don't normally play.

having codec issues with the videos myself

windows media player wants to open them.

They were made using the DivX codec, to which there is a link on the site.

The guide is pretty much complete now. All of the player castable spells are in. I am thinking about adding in non-player casted spells, and other effects (such as paralyzers and vorpals and banishers, etc). Before I do that I'll have to wait til I get more feedback on what's there.

If you don't have the Divx codec installed on your computer (or don't want to install it) just download VideoLAN. It's a stand alone video player that will play most any video format out there. And it runs on Windows, Mac, and Linux. If you want to install it, download the *.exe version. If you want to just run it as a stand alone program (click once and forget) download the *.zip version, extract it to a directory/folder, and start it.
