Just a suggestion for a feature I would like to see added to the game.
I would like to have the ability to export and print my character as a character sheet complete with all items owned, including in the bank, with the stats for each item. A printout would help me to maintain my characters and could be used for a little PnP fun!
What do you think?

I think you would never in a million years find a DM worth his salt that would let anyone use a DDO character in PnP. Other than that, seems like a nice idea, but its nothing that could not be accomplished with a pencil, a character sheet and 30 minutes of free time (faster if you can copy/paste from the item description popups, I never tried.)

I know of several that would let you use them. Then again these would also be high powered one shots, or if series, a campain that would be equally painful.
As for the C/P, this is assuming you actually can copy and paste. I know of several people that are bugged currently.

As a DM, I would only allow a DDO character into a specific module that was "high level/silly." Knowing that the characters were going to be overpowered and having prepared mobs to their level of power and to exploit their specific weaknesses. Otherwise, no way, ie for a long-term campaign (possibly if they started naked and poor, but not likely anyway)

Naturally a PnP game played with DDO characters would have to be silly, one shot and very high level.
But my main point about generating a character print out is that it would make upkeep of a character very easy. I sat down to write up all the items my characters had, including in the bank, and after a few hours I noticed a bad trend. It became apparent that I had seven “Clever Goggles” in the bank all with +4 to Int. just waiting for my wizard to reach 9th level so he could use them. LOL
I found other duplicates and items that were so useless and of the wrong race that I had horded away for the time I would create that warforged cleric/ranger/paladin.
I’m just asking for an easier way to do this then to sit down every month or so and spend hours writing each item down.
